Return packages must be received within 14 business days of the date your order shipped from us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Sign onto your account and fill out the Return section to obtain a Return Confirmation Number.

Please print confirmation number as well as receipt and place forms inside package being returned.

A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise by mail.

Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RAM is issued. If merchandise is received after the 14 days customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchange.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.

NEXT LEVEL reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates are final sale.

Any missing packages or damage items must be claim within 5 business days.

Next Level ONLY offers store credit or exchange. NO Refund is available.
NXTLVL.com recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Next Level diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:

Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.

Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
